1. Hooray for the spit-shine! I can totally relate to careening all over the road. I’ll be sure to wave when our jalopies cross paths (but only if it’s safe to take my hands off the wheel!)

Have a wonderful spa. You’ve earned it. Yikes.

    • Do you see me waving at you?

Oops, sorry! I think my side mirror just scraped your passenger door!

I had a wonderfully relaxing spa day. I’m melted, actually. xo

  2. Enjoy the spa! What a great hubby!

I hear you on the mud-spattered and battered writing jalopy. I have a funny feeling that Ned’s going to end up being completely torn apart if I can’t figure out my dilemma, outside of making the last chapter the prologue and going from there.

    • Two. They’re lying in the bottom of the nest, beak-to-butt.

I’m so glad you’re enjoying the pictures. They grow so fast! I hope the posts don’t seem repetitive.

  3. lol…. papa hummingbird doesn’t measure up, you’re right. Poor little mama has to do everything! In fact, I don’t think I’ve seen the papa of my little hummers. What a deadbeat!

Enjoy your day at the spa, Melodye! Sounds like you could use and definitely deserve it!!!

And I’m glad you’ve dusted off those clothes and are back on the road with your piece. Keep rolling along!

      • Well I’ll always be here to give you plenty of nudging. ๐Ÿ™‚ You are most defintely going to fulfill those dreams of yours, missy.

And the pin on his chest says “Bill.” Have you never seen Schoolhouse Rock??? Oh you poor, deprived soul… let me enlighten you!

          • lol… I actually thought of your Sacramento experience when I posted it to your link. I figured that it would hit close to home for you! ๐Ÿ™‚

Yup… I’ll be posting new pics of my hummies tonight. It looks like they’re getting ready to fly the coop already!!!
